| When paired with a knife coater the AutoFoam generator and FACT control system can automate knife-over-air or knife-over-roll coating. | Knife coaters can apply coating compounds of PVC, PU, Acrylic, Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), EVA, or combinations of these polymers with additives such as powdered fillers and Flame Retardants. Additionally a knife-over-roll coater can make permanent foam coatings. These coatings are used in thermal and noise insulation products such as curtain linings. |
